It should be under energies and slightly above vivid. I'd focus on fixing stormy storms price before giving this a bump with the sales to review.

Not sure if your saying you agree with my suggestion or not. The current price doesn't fit your suggested criteria but my suggestion does quite exactly. It would still keep it below energies and would move it from below stormy and vivid to just above.

I think the whole hat is a mess.I looked at about 5 pages of sales for this item and even energies are getting 2 bud offers as a high. I'm not voting until I see one of these sell in that spread. Not saying it won't but some awful unusual offers for this hat currently.

I combed through thousands of results and killed about an hour just for this. Considering this hat is very old I'm surprised only a dozen ghost exist, made it hard to find people selling it since it rarely is on the market(which helps hold its value) I still don't think anyone would ever sell this hat for less than 2 buds. I may not change your vote but I still would like to see my suggestion accepted.
