why does this even have 37 +votes ? all of these crates were removed on semptember 21th, no matter which inventory they were stored in.

I have 21 on an alt and I downvoted, because I haven't sold any. Being a collectable item doesn't automatically value it as a scrap. I'm pretty sure there are still out-of-production crates that are near-worthless because no one wants them.

And any item can be defined as a collectors item.

Only one problem with your logic: Every collector who might have been interested in these already has 50. And so does everyone else who saved them thinking they'd be worth 4 buds after 2 days. I'm glad that prices don't get accepted based only on upvotes.

This is a collector item yes....but there has been so little time since they were taken away so no, they aren't even going for a scrap yet. Mostly because, you can't even open them anymore. Give it time and we will see a price change.
