As much as I agree with how useful this item is, if someone is leaving tf2 they usually sell everything in their inventory so this item is not gaining as much value.

I think it should stay at 0.22, because (in my opinion) vintage items are based on the players view point. If they like it then they might overpay or pay the exact price. But the point is, I think it is only for collectors (unless if it is a rare [glitched] vintage)
