Hard to post an accurate price as everyone sells by sets.

just because you were trying to get 6 ref for your terrorizer and did a 1:1 with the h. bull doesn't make the bull 6 ref, also more links as proff are needed not just a link to all the h. bulls, but to the ones with prices only on the hat itself, so far downvoted

I tried getting one for 5 ref and didn't work. Believe I know about linking, and EVERYONE is selling as sets, that's why I link to that.

I know from experience that a small number of people sell haunted hats at any one time (at least on outpost), and of course they'll ask for higher. The real question is if more than a couple of people will offer 5+ ref. I over-payed a bit for a haunted einstein because I could have waited more than a week before finding another seller trading it individually.

No reason to rise, It'll get re-release again on halloween.

Valve are asking for workshop submissions for the upcoming halloween update. I'm pretty confident these won't be re-released as it has "2011" in the item description.

I tried finding one for 5 ref on tf2tp and outpost, no sellers.

Even if it is scarce to find sellers during a period of time the price is limited by what people will offer for it. I know it's probably worth 6-7 refined to you, but just because people rarely trade it individually doesn't necessarily mean it's worth more.

                  Let the voters decide.

A lot of the sets are 4 keys or less. The question is: Is the tail and wings worth only 3-4 refined together?

I'm sure I payed around that for the tail and wings, or maybe less. But finding the Head part of the set was a pain in the ass.
