Price should stay the same, it is a pretty easy strange to obtain, and you can probably get them for 1-2 rec.

I don't know why this is getting downvoted. It's extremely rare to find someone offering less than .88. Just because it's a bad weapon doesn't mean that it's demand wont go up as stock decreases. You can also find a lot of traders on Outpost selling for a ref.

And you can also find a lot selling for less.

People seem capable to sell for 0.66, occasionally 2 scraps higher, but 1 refined is a bit of a stretch.
