Theme......Its a fitting effect. To have a theme the hat, effect and player class need to tie into each other for the most part. Xmas lights and an engie don't tie into. Yes its snow on xmas lights making it a fitting effect. This is one of the worst engie hats available. Wanting 2 pure and getting it are 2 different things. Sorry mate, until one actually sells at 2 buds unsure why we even move. Its a modest bump your looking for anyway.
