Other than pricecheck do you have any actual links for sales over 1.3? I'd like to see a few 1.5 sales. There are 5 on outpost now and the best ha been a bud plus a few keys.

No one gets the Spongebob thing by the way. Most players that play scout stay away from this hat. I had a steaming one I couldn't give away.

I thought the theme had to do with bubbling fizzy soda pop drinks, not sponge bob (that's why most "themes" don't work- they have to be explained).

From what I've seen on outpost, it seems this hat does need a bump. I believe 1.5 would be the high range though.

Having a suitable effect and a themed effect are different things.
