Its hard to show evidence for this. All i could do is people asking for 5 ref... I can tell you for a fact that I sold one yesterday for 4 ref and I can also tell you that while I was looking to buy one I saw only two for under 3.66 ref. When I refreshed the page, one was gone and I took the other. So its hard to post evidence for this particular item, but you can go look on outpost for yourself.
