Did the guy know it was dirty? When I was a newer player I accidentally bought a dirty hat for about 1 ref. I'm not sure why anyone that knew it was dirty would buy it for that price.

No way it's worth 1-1.33, I see them being sold clean for 1.33-1.66 all the time. Downvote.

Strangely enough, these actually are getting offers of 1 - 1.66 refined. Must be some kind of collector's items.
