I set the previous price by accident. I was suggesting prices for steaming and smoking at the same time and i accidently used the steaming price for this. This hat is priced too low. Smoking is a great effect for pyro, pyromancer is well liked as well. There are only 17 of these compared to the boatloads of duped steaming ones out there. This should be priced .5 bud above the steaming price easily for that reason alone. (Btw steaming is 1.3 - 1.6 atm)
