I'll agree that it's at a Bill's, but I really can't imagine this dropping much further. I don't think many owners would be willing to sell at 6-7 keys ever.

Price has been on a downhill decent :/ but getting 12 keys is manageable.

It took me about a week to sell it for 10 keys 2 weeks ago, if not more. Te guy that bought it was trying to haggle with me and drop the price from 10 to 8 keys.
