Yeah pretty much most uncraft hats are .33-.66

There are 491 Uncraftable Furious Fukaamigasas, so they are pretty rare. The only one that is sold on Outpost was offered 1.66 in hats (see link). I don't see why they should be worth 0.33-0.66.
