Is there any decal tool that's usable in crafting though?

It's like the taunts, where the 'not usable in crafting' message is slapped on even though there's no crafting recipe using it. Since people typically buy to use it on an item, I've yet to see anyone care whether its craftable or uncraftable.

Current price is better

it's a consumable tool, didn't know they had uncraftable versions of it lol
