You're a little too excited over a single 3.3 bud sale. Overpays DO happen once in a while, they aren't always a sign of a trend. The bulk of offers don't seem to push past 3 buds from what I'm seeing.

And if I'm looking at the right trade, the fellow who did the 3.33 bud trade wasn't exactly fighting past hordes of 3 bud offers to stand out.

With that, the recent 3.33 bud sale, an old retracted 3 bud offer in the above link, and a recent fellow considering a 3 bud offer in the same above link, I think there's sufficient evidence here to say 3 buds can be expected without too much trouble.
