second link seems valid, but the person never bought the item
third and fourth links don't seem to contain any offers, just seller prices?
I'd have to say one example of offering slightly over .66 ref doesn't justify having a larger range.
I Sold 2 last week for 1.00 each, no haggling. The current price seems right.
0.66-1 ref would be much better. I see people selling for 1 ref quite easily, and some people are willing to sell cheaper. I edited the range for you because this is getting a lot of votes, instead of closing it and requiring you to open a new one.
