That link is for .33 ref. That doesn't justify a range of .33 to .66

only 603 of these, and it's not the worst hat, so it's got to be at the very least .66. also, not many trades have this. http://www.tf2outpost.com/search/36729796

pretty sad how cheap this hat is when its one of the more decent hats for medic, its paint-able as well which is awesome.
