this does sell for 1.66 so i agree with this price

The price is pretty balanced, i'll agree.

I agree. These are considered one of the better Heavy hats (in unusuals as well) and so are easily hitting 1.66. I've owned a few over the past few months and have had no trouble selling for 1.66.
