Do these have a purpose yet? I'm seeing a few people trying to sell for 2 keys on outpost, and I couldn't find any 4 refined offers.

These are fully stocked at warehouse for 12,760 credits, which is a scrap or two over a key. Not sure if that's a good indication of how well they sell.

Without proof your argument doesn't hold any merit.

They don't do anything (apart from changing the high-five) and so many of them on the market that they're undesired. Many try to sell at 2 keys but get nowhere.
