Seems way to low of a drop, Would be more reasonable to set at 2 refined, only reason its getting a downvote unless info on offers and sales is shown

Again, sense is enough sometimes. Do a quick search on outpost, no one buying at key price, some not even selling at two refined on servers. Its not a special misc and there are many better ones available.
