Also on the second link, Ace of Crates bought it at 1 key to resell at 4 Ref, so he must be selling them at that price.

I wouldn't be bold enough to say he's selling for 4 refined, four days ago he had a price of 3.22 ref (see his reply to Chode-A-topia). But this seems to be a crate people are eager to put their keys in, so I'd say this new suggestion is accurate. Less than a page of sellers on outpost so not much supply to go off.

Just sold 2 Crate 19's for 3 refined each.
