I have to disagree with this a lot. This is an uncommon uncraftable hat. I went through all 14 pages of crocodile smiles on outpost and was only able to find 2 for sale. The first guy was looking to upgrade his by adding a rec for a clean one, and the second guy apparently sold his for 1.66 ref.

I have to disagree with this and agree with blue pencil. Not all dirty hats are 1 rec. You have to realize that the ones that do cost a rec are usually very abundant and that's usually because they're cheap in the mannco store.
