I wonder if some of these people are using tf2spreadsheet and think 1.3-1.6 on that site means dirty, not unique.
clean pip-boys go for 1.33-1.66, why would a dirty go for just as high?

I don't agree with it either, however there's people buying them for that price. Is this not where we report what people are paying for items? Should we instead go by what we think it should be worth, not what the market is actually showing?
Evidence works for me. I can't claim to be an expert, but some uncrafts just seem to go very close to craft hat price. Take the Coupe. Hell to sell even for 1.33 ref craftable, yet goes for 1-1.11 uncraft easily.
