There's an offer of 1.33 on outpost, but it's from 2 weeks ago and it looks like the fellow quickly spent it before the trader could get back to him. Beyond that, offers don't tend to get better than 1 bud, if that. tf2pc puts it at 1-1.5, with an admittence that 1 bud is much easier.

but i thought nuts n' bolts were good for engi hats :/
