4-5keys would be more accurate

4-7 keys is quite a to big of a range maybe something like 5-6.5 keys is better

buyouts don't set the price, the average of the offers are a little bit above the current price, however they are not near 7 keys

4-7 is not accurate.

Kinda a wide spread, I agree 4-5 keys is more accurate.
