Also, the crate's (34) other stranges are kinda low priced ( Atomizer, Southern Hosp., Scottish Resistance), so not many people want to open the crate.
That's just my guess, anyway.
Edit: Gah, links don't work completely in post :/

Since weeks ago, have been selling many for 1.88 Ref, people even offer keys too, definitely increasing in demand and price
Sold mine for 2 ref, but it took a very long time, with more than a few "lol nice price jerk" style comments
Do-able but I wouldn't set it that high just yet
Always refreshing to see someone who can manage to justify a price increase/decrease, but I saw one or two that sold for 1 refined. I think this is a similar scenario to the strange targe: demand goes up, price goes up yet some sellers still go off the current spreadsheet price of 0.66. It's annoying when sellers edit their trades and it isn't clear how much the s. reserve shooter actually sold for.
1-1.33 would be more appropriate. I dont doubt that people pay 2 ref but it takes a lot of time so i dont think that would be price for change. We had a post of S. Eternal going from 4 ref to 5 ref also from 1.5 keys to 2 keys. But all those posts were removed. I just think that price must not be changed that drasticlly. So 1.-1.33 is real price atm. Thank you.
Though your price range is slightly high, it is much closer to the market price than the current price.
