I got both haunted demomen miscs for 1.33 ref 1-2 weeks ago, I bookmarked the guy before he dropped his price from 1 ref each to 0.66. I suppose people might start wanting them as h'ween draws near, but sadly I believe most of the h'ween buyers prefers unique miscs over haunteds anyway, as haunteds don't do anything awesome apart from being rarer.
