the servers are inundated with them because most to all of the people who got the promo got duplicates and they want to offload one. It's still a fairly unique medic item (largest and most clearly prominent that does not extend off of the medic's usual silhouette) and there are only about 18k of them, 99.9% of which are genuine. http://stats.tf/item/878/The_Foppish_Physician. Yes, I have two, and, yes, I would like the price to go up, but I've seen plenty of these go for 2 keys already. Maybe a slight bump up, but probably not to three keys; it's still too common at the moment for that.
