You serious? 2 - 3.5 Buds? This thing is worth 6+

One of the best hats in the entire game + a very rare effect = high price.

This guy has been offered 6 Buds multiple times, and many great unusual offers. I'd put this at 6 to 7 Buds.

There is no way anyone would sell this for that low. Not a chance on earth.
