Considering ebenezers are like 12 keys right now the suggested price before even with only minor sweets would be about 3.5 buds so 3.66 would be more accurate

There are currently 9 of these at outpost. Some trades are 5months old and only the really old c/o's hit close to 4. The highest recent I've found so far was $100 cash or 3Buds+Ebenezer to which owner replied "sure add me bro if u can add some sweets" but in the meantime this offer was hijacked ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/4824270 ), so I think that 3.3-3.5 is really max what people think they can get out of this hat. 4 is a really too big stretch here.
