Absolutely no one wants to pay more then a HOUWAR/10 buds pure for a Stormy TC. Upvoted, because this is entirely true. I sold my Stormy TC for a houwar + 1 bud, which is about 11 buds.

TC's aren't crashing. Zen, wat? If anything, cancers are crashing (looks like you deal with those, lol) and god tiers are remaining stable, or even rising. Old effects, and rare effects are rising, and the Teamcaptain will always be valuable and liked. People just really really do not like weather. All weather hats are being hard to move, so they are going to drop in price. I guess not even the TC is safe from that.

And another thing, this is hardly a crash. The hat is still 10+ buds. But people aren't willing to pay 12-14 like they used to back when weather was still mid tier. It's officially lower-mid tier now.

On another trade, an offer of 11 buds from 'a friend'. For existing offers, nothing at or above that. This seems like a reasonable adjustment.
