I agree on this price completely. I acquired one today and I tried to sell it for 18 keys by using tf2tp, tf2outpost and trade servers and after ~ 4 hours, i managed to finally sell it for that price when some random guy added me and payed the 18 keys which was my B/O. Also, you can't see ANY offers that are above 18 keys, anywhere.

I actually sold mine for 1 bud.. But only because i was lucky to find some guy that was willing to trade it in a server.. So no actual proof.. Totally agree with the price
