Just because one person can't sell their hat within a single week doesn't mean the hat isn't worth that much. Evidence might help if you want this price.

      Yeah well guys bashing on Patrick Star, I tried to sell this peice of shit for a month at 2 buds... NOPE.avi I ended up having to take 1.3 buds at the time (1 bud + 6 keys)... and I pushed like hell to sell this. I had this hat 2 times (2 different ID's) and the second time I had it, I sold for 1 bud + 1 black bills. And that after 5 weeks of waiting. SO THIS SUGGESTION IS MORE THAN FAIR!!!

          Also, Nuts and Bolts is almost unanimously agreed as the lowest tier besides on the Engy. If a Steaming Bubble Pipe is 2 Buds on Backpack.tf why is Nuts and Bolts worth more?

                    No key/promo offers across all the bubble pipes. The 2 bud trade was around for a week and couldn't even get an offer, much less a trade at his requested price. Top offers are in unusuals, typically two cancers for the pipe adding up to 2 buds, maybe a little more. And then there's Larock's personal experience with the hat, trying for 2 buds for a more significant amount of time to reinforce the provided evidence.
