I'm sorry but I can't see any offer aside the one given by the seller... Which isn't en evidence in my eyes.

tf2pc puts it at 8. There was an offer of a flies snaggle, which is 8-10 on this site. I'm thinking this is reasonable, but I'll let another admin give a second opinion.
