Because they always buy any hat at a low price so they can sell it high or craft it. Go and find people actually SELLING for 1.22.

It should at least be a craft hat value (1.33Ref).

1.22 is daft. Lots of craft hat chancers will buy ANY craft hat for 1.33 - I often do.

And this does have some value over that because it's fairly new. Looking crap? thats opinion

It's a fair price. There should be a limit of 1.33 on craft hats so people don't get so many downvotes for suggesting a fair price.

Craft hats are 1.33 this should not be lower than that.
