DOWNVOTE!!

Seeing offers in the range of 8-9, only one offer at 9 and nothing above. The bottom range on this item could be bumped up, but I'm seeing no evidence that 9 should be set at the minimum range and that it can get up to 10.

^ Rejected offer of 8 buds, but ended up selling it to someone else. Presumably that person must have offered something worth more than 8 buds. I think 9-10 is okay.
