BenKz, the proof links show multiple listed at 4 ref with no offers. can't really use an item based trade as your proof anyway as you are assuming a list price of 5 ref for sneaking spats is perfectly accurate, while more likely it is slightly overlisted right now. A quick search for spats gave me 18 pages of results, most getting no takers at 2 keys, and several priced below 2 keys and still not selling (though that's a discussion for a different price vote). Bottom line is only actual currency has a reliable value for judging the value of other items.
