Your suggested price is too high. You're supposed to suggest a price in pure promos and not in unusuals. Real price is still around there though.

Barely anybody pays pure promo for high-tier unless they seriously want the hat, otherwise they are just semi-lowballs. If we took all the unusual hats and tried to get the prices listed on this website, because as you say they are in "pure promos" for the majority of these hats we would have to wait a very, very long time.
