Also 47 keys is 1.6-1.7. Another proof that previous suggestion is perfect.
My searing headwarmer gets offers as the ones you suggested, but its a tier higher then your hat. Downvoted. The current price seems perfect for it atm.
Surprisingly, there are not many of these around to check. I just recently offered on one myself, but it makes sense it goes up a little to beat the better effects, so Im not sure.
@DSwissK - I payed a Stormy Batter's + 8 Keys for this hat, so I'm not valuing the Batter's at 2 Buds, please fact check before making accusations.

Decided to look at one of the older trades, not old by much though. Seems he is prepared to sell at two buds, 2.3 seems near his buyout. I think a small increase to 2.1 instead of 2.3 would be better than this leap.
