I'm rather surprised since I paid a rec for the one on my axtinguisher, but the links are pretty clear.

This has little to do with the price change, but wow, the usage numbers on this strange part are surprising. 25k unboxed, 22k used on a weapon, making it one of the most popular strange parts to actually use. IMO its every bit as shitty as the other class killed parts (only medics killed would be worth using, but it doesn't exist yet).
