Link 1 has the 7.5 bud buyout

Link 2 has the comment where the unusual owner is willing to sell for 7 (easy offers 8 on the Tyrant, trader responds by offering to sell the bomber for 7)

I'm trying to be a little on the conservative side in dropping this since I can't read unusual offers well on the fly. At any rate, it's clear that the current price is too high- I sincerely doubt this can reach even 8 buds anymore, much less 9.

Definitely, stormy is on the lower end of the spectrum.

Seen plenty of these been throw around outpost and none of them seem to have good offers.

Upvoted, being so many on outpost affects prices a lot, as everyone tried to set their price low enough for them to get the offers over others.

I agree. Poor stormy. A decent effect, but they're just so many of them on the market.
