First 3 links are to my posted and completed trades, though you can't really tell how quickly they went. 4th link is to a search of outpost for name tags. If you see one for less than 1.33, I'd say snap it up, but I don't see them often
oh, and not that it makes any real difference, but I just saw/realized I actually sold 6 of them, not 5, this week.

I'd say this guy is pretty successful selling the tags as a pair for a key, considering name tags are 1 ref. Upvote
I have sold multiple name tags for 1.33 and desc tags for 1. Upvote
I think the fact that there are dozens (at least, maybe hundreds) of competing standing offers to buy at 1 ref from quicksell types also supports the removal of the 1 ref bottom range, because those types of traders wouldn't be offering that much if it wasn't a guaranteed profit.
edit; after posting this, bought one for 20 weapons (1.11) and resold for 1.33 in 32 minutes (1 bump).

I have bought many for 2 rec and you can easily find some for 1 ref.
FINNALY people stopped being stupid and realized nametags are not 1 ref and desc. tags are not .66
UPVOTE
While on Outpost, everyone sells these for 1.33 Refined, I can find a lot of people on trade servers who are willing to sell for less than that. Food for thought, really.
The only reason anyone would be willing to sell for less than 1.33 is because they don't realize the demand for and actual market value of the tag, which is exactly what this list should inform them of. I have a hard time believing that I sold all 7 tags throughout the week in under an hour based on pure luck. It's clear the market value of these things is at least 1.33, and I expected the primary opposition to this vote would be people saying it should actually be bumped to 1.33-1.66
If you find someone in a server selling for below 1 ref, chances are they are so poorly informed that you could have sharked them out of it for a few weapons. In any event you should take any tags you find at that price, because so far they have been even easier than craft hats to sell for 1.33, to the point I'm just looking at them as currency now
To further support raising the minimum price on this item, here are 3 reseller types with standing 1.11 offers for name tags. All came up in the first page of my search for buyers, may be adding more;

And to continue beating a dead horse, bought 5 more today at 1.22 and all were resold at 1.33 within 2 hours
These are $0.99 after the Pyromania sale, forever. I don't see why this should be put into place. Downvote.
