You must look at what prices they're actually going for. By your logic, craft hats are worth 4 refined since that's what it costs to craft one.

I sold a couple for 0.88 recently though

I still don't know what these do............

But your logic sounds right and the price sounds good

They give you one halloween item from this update generally the zombie versions of your character.
