They are 2 reg keys because they are in demand. I see plenty of people selling and getting 4-5+ ref and I even sold one for 5 ref 30 minutes ago. Maybe within a few days they'll be at your price, but for now people are paying the current price.

There is a huge demand for them while not as many people have actually bought them from the store. I put up some Eerie keys on outpost for 1 key + 2 ref each and sold all three of them within a few minutes. This guy is just raging cause he wants to buy keys for less and doesn't realize how many people are looking to buy.

This range is invalid, nobody is selling for 1 key.
