3 buds is pretty low for a good hat with new effect i suggest 5.5 buds, but it will drop by time when the other hats with this effect uncrated

that said, voting for a price on a hat that hasn't even reached the market yet is a little pointless. until it goes on sale and actually receives some offers and eventually changes hands i don't think it should have a price

Effect is megaugly, but it's El Jefe, even NaB Jefe is around 2 buds. Nobody will sell NEW effect for price under 4 buds, trust me(even include fact, that this effect awful)

Any seller would be looking for WAY More. It has never been sold, and halloween effects are usually not cancerous. I would price it myself at 5 - 6, but again, never sold for. Downvoted.
