Do you have any proof sellers are getting 2.77? Ive never seen anyone successfully sell for 2.77 and still find plenty of buyers and sellers around the 2.55-2.66 range.

Lol it's hard to find proof cause people selling for 2.66 ref, close their trades in a few minutes cause it's sold already. I've been trying to snipe trades for 2.66 ref but they're already done.

I've had this quicksell trade of my own http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/1642041 and I've been selling keys constantly for 2.77. I've never thought of buying keys @ 2.66 until recently, since it's nearly impossible getting anything below that.

This site is great for items but it's going to ruin the whole economy when it comes to keys.

It was holding steady at 2.5-2.66, with key-sellers trading at 2.66. as soon as this site changed to 2.55-2.66, the key sellers immediately changed to 2.77 and if this change goes through they'll up it to 2.88. Self-driven inflation ftl.

2.77? i can't even find buyers at 2.66

i was buying pairs of keys for 5 ref a couple days ago. i dont see anyone buying for 2.77

yeah i could actually benefit from from this but even im going to downvote, no proof, and no need to cause unnecessary inflation just look at the bud market right now.

From the look of your link, you've only been selling for 2.77 just recently and only 2 people have shown interest. Everyone else is buying for 2.66 or lower. Just a quick search through OP shows almost nobody buying from anyone asking for 2.77 and tons of people selling for 2.55-2.66 or even 2 for 5.

2.77 is way too much and no one buys that, but 2.66 should be the firm price for a key that everyone knows about.

A few days ago I constantly sold all my keys for 2.66+1 weap each, after spending a lot of time, I found some at 2.66 and bought those and bumped my trade to 2.77 each and I've sold about 5 since the past day or two. I'm still buying mine at 2.5. Takes a bit longer, but I haven't even had to go up to 2.55 yet. Definite Downvote.

I don't think waiting a few days till someone sells you 2 keys for 5 ref, or spending an hour trying to snipe people selling keys for that constitutes it's price.

I don't have to wait days though. It's simply not instant like it would be if I picked one out of what must be 1,000 people selling for 2.66. And I'm buying for under the current value, if I paid in the actual range I'd imagine it'd be a pretty quick trade.

Also, that trade you posted with someone selling for 2.77? One of his other trades shows how much he pays to get said keys. 2.33.

Oh well I just sold 11 of my keys for 2.77 ref each (30.33 ref + 4 weapons).

I'm guessing people want keys to buy Halloween items desperately. It's going to be a short-term increase until Halloween prices level out. Halloween is also behind the Bud prices. People really want a Halloween themed unusuals. :D

2.77 is way too high. I do think that 2.55 is too low too, I have to wait twice as long to buy for 2.55 than I do when I offer 2.66. If anything, they should be a solid 2.66.

Never paid more then 2.55 for a key, usually it's 2.5 per key

never seen one go for 2.77

I've bought 300+ keys in 2 months. Never have I seen one sell for 2.77. Never do I have any problem buying at 2.66 ref. People jump at 2.66 or they don't have any keys at all. The price will raise eventually.... but now isn't the time.

Oh and I still see dozens of people on outpost selling for 2.66. When I post 2.66 people jump. It is rare that I see 2.77.

People are now buying and selling for 2.66. But why the 2.77? I am a key buyer and seller and I don't think thats the best thing to do. There are still a few people selling then for 2.55 and the majority for 2.66. Why go for the 2.77?

If it goes on like this, soon they will be 3 Refs and the store price its still the same
