I think it's important to keep most normal weapons the same price. This has dropped enough into circulation to be a 'normal weapon'. Still easy to sell for a scrap, but every weapon can be sold for a scrap to those that are looking for it.

What's with people screwing around on the prices of regular weapons? I think that's three I've seen in five minutes that have raised a regular weapon to a scrap value...
