On a more serious note, I say 10-15 because it is a good hat, but not top quality.

The only one for sale has got a few offers around the 13 mark and is reluctant to sell below 10.

Nah, 6000 buds is fair. Really though, no point in trying to price this yet - only one that exists/is on the market, and the current offers on it don't near 11-15 buds. Once it sells, go from there.
