Made a trade on outpost and after 4 hours sold it for painted craft hat. It looks to me that the current price is accurate.

TF2WH pricing for botkillers is broken for some reason. They are all priced at 595 credits and they always have been. That's why they never have any in stock.

Not saying this suggestion is wrong (or right), just that you can't use the TF2WH price for these to prove anything.

Sorry to say this again, but you've posted about 10 price suggestions and used the same evidence for all of them. Most of the evidence is really weak, or totally irrelevant.

The first two TF2OP links are people buying silver botkiller weapons, so of course they are trying for very low prices, but nobody is accepting them. So they aren't relevant.

The TF2WH price is also irrelevant (glitched price and no stock), as has been explained already.

The other links, in your comment, are your own trade, selling a set of silver botkillers for 1 ref each... OK, so you believe in the price you are suggesting... I guess(?)

I'm sure the price of some of these silver botkiller weapons is still falling, but you've just spammed a whole bunch of these price suggestions with really weak research.
