I am buying this item. I offered 12 keys on tf2trade yesterday, made some offers at 13 keys on Outpost today and have two sellers considering my offer.

I'll report in if/when I buy the item.

I managed to grab a few of these for cheap with all the people so desperate for keys 12-13 range.

Yet I had some random dude add me and trade me an unusual for this and a key which I sold for a bud shortly after.

The price range isn't what I'd vote for. Sure sales are down but I feel that 15-16 keys is a more fitting range for this currently.

People won't pay this, even if it's that rare...

I guess so, but if no one is going to buy it at that price, and most of the considered values are between 12-16 keys, I don't think raising it even more would work.

Almost everyone has a 16 key buyout. I've only seen one apparently go for that.
