The Spreadsheet has it at '+/- 1 refined' currently, which is what a lot of sellers also put it as. Search Outpost and you'll see what I mean. However, looking around yields many balloons on sale for 0.66. This coupled with the fact virtually none of the 1 ref ones I saw were sold (demand in general for these seems pretty low) makes a range unnecessary in my opinion.
